1. Conference Details

EIL Conference 2026 is scheduled to take place on 18–19 September 2026 at Radisson Hotel, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.

The Conference is intended primarily for education leaders, principals, vice principals, school directors, school owners, career counsellors, school counsellors, university representatives, admissions and outreach professionals, education consultants, corporates and other approved participants.

The Organiser reserves the right to determine eligibility for any delegate category, pass, programme, session or other Conference activity.

2. Registration and Eligibility

Registration is subject to:

  • availability of seats;
  • payment of the applicable registration fee;
  • submission of complete and accurate information;
  • verification of eligibility where applicable; and
  • acceptance of the registration by the Organiser.

Submitting a registration form or making a payment does not create an unconditional right to attend the Conference where the registration is fraudulent, misrepresented, incorrectly categorised or otherwise contrary to these Terms.

Academic Pass. The Academic Pass is intended for eligible school-side professionals, including school owners, principals, vice principals, school directors, career counsellors and school counsellors.

The Organiser may request proof of employment, institutional affiliation, school email address, official identification or other reasonable documentation before or after payment.

Where a person purchases an Academic Pass but does not qualify for that category, the Organiser may:

  • request payment of the difference applicable to the correct delegate category;
  • transfer the registration to the appropriate category; or
  • cancel the registration and process any refund, if applicable, in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Corporate / Institutional Pass. The Corporate / Institutional Pass is intended for university and college representatives, education companies, consultants, service providers, corporations and other non-school-side organisations.

3. Registration Fees and Taxes

Registration prices displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Applicable GST and other statutory charges will be added at checkout or reflected on the invoice, where required.

Current advertised prices, promotional prices or early-bird prices may change at any time before purchase.

A price applicable at the time of a completed transaction will ordinarily remain applicable to that confirmed booking.

4. Payments

Payments may be accepted through authorised payment gateways, including Razorpay, bank transfer, payment links or other methods communicated by the Organiser.

By making a payment, you represent that:

  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
  • the information provided by you is accurate;
  • the transaction is lawful; and
  • you authorise the applicable payment service provider to process the transaction.

The Organiser does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV information, UPI credentials, online banking passwords or OTPs.

Payment processing may be subject to the separate terms and privacy practices of the relevant payment service provider.

A registration is treated as confirmed only after successful payment and, where applicable, eligibility verification.

5. Failed, Pending or Duplicate Payments

A transaction may occasionally be delayed, fail or remain pending because of banking, network or payment gateway issues.

If an amount is debited but the transaction is not shown as successful, please do not immediately make repeated payments without checking the transaction status.

For payment-related support, contact:

Email: contact@eilconference.com
Phone: +91 88007 85157

Where a duplicate payment is verified, the excess payment will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with applicable banking/payment gateway timelines.

6. Confirmation and Admission

Successful payment alone does not override eligibility requirements.

The Organiser may request reasonable proof of identity or institutional affiliation at registration or at the venue.

Conference passes, badges and credentials are issued to the registered participant and may not be sold, reproduced, duplicated or transferred except in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The Organiser may refuse admission where:

  • registration information is false or misleading;

  • payment has been reversed, disputed or remains unpaid;
  • the participant engages in misconduct; or
  • admission would violate law, venue rules, safety requirements or these Terms.

  • modify session titles or formats;
  • change session timings;
  • substitute, add or withdraw speakers;
  • alter room assignments;
  • merge or reschedule sessions;
  • change the sequence of the programme; and

A change of speaker, session, agenda or programme timing does not by itself entitle a participant to a refund.

9. Event Changes, Postponement and Cancellation

The Organiser may change the venue, date, format, programme or operational arrangements where reasonably necessary because of circumstances including venue restrictions, speaker availability, public safety concerns, government directions, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, technical failures, public-health events, force majeure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If the Conference is postponed. Registrations will ordinarily be transferred to the revised Conference dates. The Organiser will communicate available options to affected delegates.

If the Conference is cancelled by the Organiser and is not rescheduled. Eligible registration fees paid for the cancelled Conference will be refunded in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The Organiser will not ordinarily be responsible for independently booked travel, accommodation, visas, local transportation or other third-party expenses. Delegates are therefore encouraged to make refundable or flexible travel arrangements.
