This Cancellation & No Refund Policy applies to all delegate registrations and passes purchased directly for the EIL Conference through the EIL Conference website, Razorpay, payment links, bank transfer or any other authorised payment method.
The EIL Conference is organised and operated by Guby Rogers, having its registered/operating address at Sushant Lok-1, Gurugram, Haryana - 122009.
By completing a registration and making payment, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
1. All Registrations Are Final
All EIL Conference registrations, passes and delegate bookings are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been successfully completed, no refund, whether full or partial, will be issued for:
- cancellation by the participant;
- change of plans;
- inability to attend;
- illness or personal emergency;
- travel disruption;
- accommodation issues;
- visa-related issues;
- work or institutional commitments;
- scheduling conflicts;
- dissatisfaction with any individual session, speaker or programme element;
- late arrival or early departure;
- failure to attend one or both days of the Conference; or
- any other reason attributable to the participant.
Participants are requested to complete payment only after confirming their availability to attend the Conference.
2. No Refund for Non-Attendance
Failure to attend the Conference after successful registration will be treated as a no-show.
No refund, credit or adjustment will be provided for no-shows.
The registration fee will not be carried forward automatically to any future edition of EIL Conference.
3. No Partial Refunds
No partial refund will be provided where a participant:
- attends only one day;
- attends only selected sessions;
- arrives late;
- leaves early;
- chooses not to participate in networking, meals or other Conference activities;
- does not collect the delegate kit, certificate, memento or other inclusions; or
- is unable to utilise any particular benefit included with the pass.
Conference passes are sold as a complete event-access package and individual benefits do not have a separately refundable value.
4. Changes to Speakers, Sessions or Programme
The EIL Conference programme is subject to change.
The Organiser may, where reasonably necessary:
- change speakers;
- substitute speakers;
- modify session titles;
- alter session formats;
- change session timings;
- reschedule sessions;
- change room allocations;
- modify the sequence of the programme; or
- make other operational changes.
Such changes will not qualify for any refund, partial refund or credit.
5. Change of Venue or Operational Arrangements
The Organiser may make reasonable changes to the venue, room allocation, timings, access arrangements or other logistical aspects of the Conference.
Such changes will not create an entitlement to a refund where the Conference continues to be conducted.
6. Event Postponement
If EIL Conference is postponed or rescheduled, existing registrations will automatically remain valid for the revised dates.
No refund will be issued solely because the Conference has been postponed or rescheduled.
The Organiser will communicate the revised event details to registered participants.
7. Delegate Transfer
While registrations are non-refundable, a participant who is unable to attend may request transfer of the registration to another eligible participant from the same institution or organisation.
Transfer requests must be received no later than 10 September 2026.

The replacement participant must qualify for the same delegate category.
If the replacement participant falls under a higher-priced category, the applicable difference in registration fee must be paid before the transfer is confirmed.
All transfers are subject to approval by the Organiser.
No transfer will be treated as valid until written confirmation has been issued by EIL Conference.
8. Incorrect Delegate Category
Academic Passes are reserved for eligible school-side professionals, including school owners, principals, vice principals, school directors and career/school counsellors.
If a participant purchases an Academic Pass but does not qualify for that category, the Organiser may require payment of the difference applicable to the appropriate Corporate / Institutional Pass.
Failure or refusal to pay the applicable difference may result in cancellation of the registration without refund.
9. Duplicate Payments
This no-refund policy does not prevent correction of a verified duplicate transaction where the same registration has accidentally been charged more than once.
If a duplicate payment has occurred, contact contact@eilconference.com and provide:
- participant name;
- registered email;
- mobile number;
- transaction ID(s);
- amount; and
- date of payment.
Once verified, the excess duplicate amount may be reversed to the original payment method.
A duplicate-payment reversal is a correction of an erroneous transaction and is not treated as a cancellation refund.
10. Failed or Pending Transactions
If money has been debited from a participant’s bank account but the transaction is shown as failed or pending, the participant should first wait for the banking/payment gateway reconciliation process.
Such amounts may be automatically reversed by the bank or payment gateway in accordance with their applicable settlement timelines.
Participants should avoid making repeated payments until the original transaction status has been verified.

11. Removal for Misconduct
A participant removed from the Conference for misconduct, fraud, misuse of credentials, violation of venue rules, harassment, unauthorised commercial activity, safety concerns or violation of the EIL Conference Terms & Conditions will not be entitled to any refund.
12. Travel and Accommodation
Conference registration does not include travel or accommodation unless expressly stated otherwise.
EIL Conference is not responsible for refunds or losses relating to independently booked:
- flights;
- rail tickets;
- taxis or transportation;
- hotels;
- visas; or
- any other third-party services.
Participants are encouraged to make flexible travel and accommodation arrangements.
13. Partnership and Sponsorship Payments
This policy applies primarily to delegate registrations.
Partnership, sponsorship, exhibition, branding and other commercial arrangements may be governed by separate proposals, invoices, agreements or partnership terms.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, confirmed partnership and sponsorship payments are non-refundable.
14. Acceptance of This Policy
Before completing payment, participants are required to review the applicable registration details and this Cancellation & No Refund Policy.
By completing payment, the participant acknowledges that:
- the registration is final;
- the registration fee is non-refundable;
- non-attendance does not create a refund entitlement; and
- the participant accepts the terms stated in this policy.
15. Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
To the extent permitted by law, the terms of this No Refund Policy shall apply to all registrations.
