1. What you receive
EIL Conference 2026 is an in-person event. We do not ship physical goods as the primary product. After successful payment you receive a digital confirmation and pass (ticket) by email.
2. How tickets are delivered
Confirmations are sent to the email address entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes of Razorpay confirming payment, and in any case within 24 hours on a business day. Please check spam or promotions folders.
3. What the email includes
- Delegate name and pass type
- Event dates and venue
- A booking or payment reference
- Any joining notes we issue closer to the event
4. On-site access
Bring a digital or printed copy of your confirmation and a photo ID. Badges are issued at registration on 18 September 2026. Delegate kits and certificates are provided at the venue, not posted in advance.
5. If you do not receive an email
Write to info@eilconference.com with your name, phone number and Razorpay or bank reference. We will resend the confirmation after verifying the payment.
